running / jogging?

recently, i have been practicing running in my neighborhood and i am happy to announce that i can easily jog around 2 miles in 30 mins… I want to increase my stamina and to make this a routine in my life, i think i should start doing it alternate days so that i make this idea sustainable…

here’s a thought that keeps me motivated–

run till your legs fall short of the next step, not till your breath falls short of the next…
