running / jogging?

recently, i have been practicing running in my neighborhood and i am happy to announce that i can easily jog around 2 miles in 30 mins… I want to increase my stamina and to make this a routine in my life, i think i should start doing it alternate days so that i make this idea sustainable…

here’s a thought that keeps me motivated–

run till your legs fall short of the next step, not till your breath falls short of the next…

  1. Did you get that thought from me while we used to run in Sunnyvale? Because I always tell myself this too :)
